Obituary of Neil Gilbert Grant

It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Neil Gilbert Grant on March 20, 2014, in the R.K. MacDonald Nursing Home, Antigonish. Neil was born on July 1, 1936 in St. Francis Harbour, he was ta son of the late Francis and Hazel Grant. He was a fisherman and also worked construction in Nova Scotia and Cape Breton. Neil enjoyed a good fiddle tune or playing one, fishing, hunting and a good cold beer. Surviving are his wife Annie (Leblanc), sons Sandy, St. Francis Harbour, Derrick (Denise), Antigonish and his two grandchildren who were his pride and joy, Brandon and Breanna. Cremation has taken place, no visitation by request, burial of ashes at a later date.
