Obituary of Theresa Lillian Taylor

Theresa Lillian (Pettipas) Taylor of Monastery, age 85, passed away at St. Martha's Regional Hospital on January 11, 2015. Born in Antigonish on October 16, 1929; she was a daughter of the late Walter Pettipas and Mabel (MacKenzie) Pettipas. Theresa lived in Afton with her son for many years, and recently moved to Monastery with Merton, Pam, David and George Taylor. She loved her country music as well as her dog, Molly. She is survived by three sons; David (Rita), Dagger Woods Road; George (Belinda), Truro; Merton (Pam), Monastery; her two daughters Bernice, Glen Road; Hazel (Lindsey), Port Bickerton; her brother Frank (Penny), New Glasgow; her sisters Hilda, New Minas; Isabel, Ontario; as well as 12 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and her special niece Shirley (Raymond), New Glasgow. She was predeceased by her husband Edwin St. Claire Taylor. Visitation at 1:00 pm until the time of Funeral Service at 2:00 pm Wednesday in St. Matthew'sUnited Church, Bayfield. Rev.
