Obituary of Judy Kaye MacDonald

Judy Kaye MacDonald, 72, of Oyster Pond, Jeddore, Halifax County, and recently, Lanark, Antigonish County, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 6, 2022 in St. Martha's Regional Hospital, Antigonish. Born in Halifax, she was a daughter of the late Samuel and Edna (Tredwell) Mitchell.

Judy was a well respected and loyal Yard Supervisor with the Oyster Pond Education System for many years. She loved working with students and they loved her in return.

After enduring four battles with cancer, she is now enjoying a heavenly reunion with her husband, William (Bill) MacDonald, sister Carol, brother-in-law Calvin and grandson Jordon Myles.

Left to grieve are daughter Jodi Myles, son Jeff MacDonald, grandson Jacob Myles (Michelle Clark) and nephews Danny Turple and Billy (Kelly) Turple.

Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Donations in memory may be made to any animal shelter/charity.
