Obituary of Ulrich Pinkohs

Ulrich Pinkohs, Lanark, passed on August 31st at St Martha’s Hospital, Antigonish. Born in Germany, he was the son of Gustav and Veronika (Grebofski). He is survived by his wife, Sharon (Bennett), son Gerhard (Debra Glenn), Saltsprings, NS and their children Ethan, Jacob, Madi-Jo, and Kathryn Ann, and daughter Elsa, Lanark. He is also survived by his stepsister, Monika (Michael Landwehr), Quedlinburg, Germany, their children Stefan and Bernd and grandchildren Philip, Martha, Nils, Arne and Johannes. He was predeceased by his brothers Heinz and Werner. In lieu of a wake or funeral, please join us for a celebration of his life on Saturday, September 10th from 12:00 until 2:00 PM at St. Ninian’s Place, Antigonish. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia or to the local branch of the SPCA, Antigonish.
